Valve sealant MRS12 is a new-generation fully synthetic product designed for the lubrication and protection of oilfield valves. Valve sealant MRS12 is a highly adhesive, tenacious grease which resists extraction and drift. The product is formulated to include a high percentage of specially selected solid lubricants which endow the grease with excellent pressure resistance and sealing capabilities.

APPLICATIONS:

Valve sealant MRS12 may be employed as a lubricant and sealant in many types of modern oilfield and petrochemical valves, including: ball valves, plug valves and gate valves.

Valve sealant MRS12 is particularly suited to lubrication duties on equipment exposed to sour gas, acids, alkalis, hydrocarbons, condensate and other aggressive chemicals.

Valve sealant MRS12 is suitable for use over a broad operating temperature range though is particularly recommended for service at elevated temperatures and at high pressures.
