SILICONE GREASE S260

DESCRIPTION:

Silicone Grease S260 is compoundedfrom dimethyl polysiloxane fluid, the product has abroad temperature range andis chemically inert, being resistant to; water (hot, cold, steam & brine),lubricating oils, most hydrocarbons & solvents, natural gas, refinery gases& condensate and many acidic solutions.

APPLICATIONS:

Silicone Grease S260 has beendesigned for the lubrication of; cylinder slides, taps, valves & stopcocks(where the presence of chemicals & solvents mean that conventional productscan not be used).

The product is suitable for use as adamping compound – both under conditions of high pressures and elevatedtemperature.

The excellent dielectric properties ofthe grease mean that the product can be used with high voltage electricalsystems for lubricating non-conducting contacts, preventing corona dischargeand for preventing flashover on high voltage anodes.
