Graphite compound Spray GV600 is an adhesive compound, containing premium quality lubricant grade graphite in suspension, blended with EP and anti- corrosion additives. Graphite compound Spray GV600 has been specifically formulated for use a multipurpose lubricant for light, medium and heavy gears, wire ropes and chain drives.
Graphite compound Spray GV600 has an extremely high film strength and will form a firm graphoid film on gear teeth that will prevent metal to metal contact, reduce noise and wear. Graphite compound Spray GV600 will not wash off, dry or flake using. Graphite compound Spray GV600 can greatly extend equipment life.
APPLICATIONS:
Graphite compound Spray GV600 has been specifically designed to provide outstanding lubrication of open gears, wire ropes & chains. The product is widely used on Offshore & Marine and heavy duty equipment like heavy earthmoving plant, excavator slew rings, dragline gears & ropes, rope shovel gears and rope, also brickwork plant, rolling mill gears, Port Authority cranes and winch & trawl gears.
Graphite compound Spray GV600 can be applied by spatula, brush and spray.
